"I TOOK A TIRE AND WHEEL TO BE INSTALLED IN OCTOBER AND I GRABBED THE WRONG ONE, THEY MOUNTED IT AND I PUT IT ON THE BIKE, NOW 3 MONTHS LATER I TOOK THE OTHER TIRE AND WHEEL IN FOR MOUNTING, IT WAS THEN THAT I NOTICED THE TIRES WERE BACKWARDS, I HAD GIVEN THEM THE FRONT FOR THE BACK AND THE BACK FOR THE FRONT, SO I TOOK THEM BOTH BACK TO HAVE THEM SWITCHED AND THEY DID AND GAVE ME A GOOD PRICE ON THE SECOND TIME EVEN THOUGH IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT, MAYBE THE NEXT TIME I WILL BUY THE TIRES FROM THEM."
